Terms of Service - Whispeak

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Whispeak, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all of these terms, do not use the service. Whispeak provides AI-driven note-taking, transcription, and meeting analysis tools.

2. User Responsibility and Consent

IMPORTANT: You are solely responsible for compliance with all laws and regulations regarding the recording of meetings or conversations. You must obtain express consent from all participants before initiating a recording through Whispeak. Whispeak disclaims any liability for unauthorized recordings.

3. Account Registration and Billing

To use certain features, you must register for an account. Transcription minutes are sold in pre-paid packs. These credits are added to your balance and do not expire as long as your account remains in good standing. All purchases are final and non-refundable unless otherwise required by consumer protection laws.

4. Intellectual Property

You retain all ownership rights to the audio and text generated from your usage of the service. Whispeak retains all rights to the underlying technology, interface, and branding. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive license to use the service for its intended purpose.

5. Limitation of Liability

Whispeak uses advanced Artificial Intelligence to process data. While we strive for high accuracy, we do not guarantee that transcriptions or summaries will be 100% correct. Whispeak is not liable for any damages, loss of business, or errors resulting from the use of AI-generated content.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, including but not limited to illegal usage, harassment, or attempted security breaches of our systems.

7. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Whispeak operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
