This includes creating transcripts, summaries, speaker labels, and related note data. The resulting content is tied to your account and only becomes public if you explicitly share it.

2.3 Calendar and Task Data

If you connect your calendar (Google or Apple), we collect meeting metadata such as event titles, times, attendee information when available, descriptions, and conference links. We use this to display your meetings in calendar views, match recordings to events, and help you keep notes organized around the conversations you already have on your calendar.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the data we collect for several purposes:

• Service Provision: To generate transcripts, summaries, speaker labels, notes, and calendar-linked conversation views.
• Organization: To help you map speakers to people, search your history, and keep follow-ups in one place.
• Communication: To send you updates, security alerts, and support messages.
• Improvement: To refine our AI models (only using anonymized and aggregated data where users have opted in).

4. Data Storage and Security

We implement industry-standard security measures, including AES-256 encryption for data at rest and TLS/SSL for data in transit. Your audio files, transcripts, summaries, and calendar-linked note data are stored in secure cloud environments with strict access controls. Temporary local storage may be used by the app while recording, processing, or preparing exports, but the service is not designed as a device-only storage system.
